When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company/institution name, address, email address, telephone number, and Indonesian ID (such as “KTP” or “KK” number).
When you apply for a proposal call, we may ask for your research project details, including items such as research general information, budget, team members, performance indicator, and other files or information needed. These files or information are required for grant submission.
How we protect and store personal data and proposal information
All data, including the personal information is held within our secure online database. Your personal data may also be stored in documents such as compliance inspection reports, emails and other records stored within our secure network. We also use a third party system, SMS/Whatsapp Business API, to send our web notification. However, none of your data is stored within a third party database. All of these databases and networks are hosted securely through servers based in Indonesia (hosted by PUSINTEK Kemenkeu).
Whilst you are on a secure page of the eRISPRO website, your data is protected by PUSINTEK Kemenkeu network. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us by email or post. Once we receive your information it will be protected by our data protection policies and processes. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask you not to share your password with anyone.
We comply with regulations about data and information confidentiality in Indonesia.
